Catherine Marriott v. CanPro Insulation Services

Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission

An independent Nova Scotia human rights board of inquiry in the case of Catherine Marriott v. CanPro Insulation Services will begin Tuesday, Dec 13.

Ms. Marriott, of Dartmouth, alleges she was discriminated against based on ethnic/national or aboriginal origin. CanPro Insulation Services deny this claim.

The board of inquiry is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Ramada Plaza Dartmouth Park Place, 240 Brownlow Ave., Dartmouth.

Board chair Dennis James is independent of the commission, which is a party representing the public interest at the board of inquiry.
