Cape Breton Garden Party at the Gaelic College, July 26

The public is invited to attend a garden party hosted by the lieutenant governor at the Gaelic College, Englishtown, on Thursday, July 26, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Lt.-Gov. Arthur J. LeBlanc and Mrs. LeBlanc are pleased to host a garden party in Cape Breton on the grounds of the Gaelic College in Englishtown. Light refreshments and music will be provided.

“Patsy and I look forward to greeting the people of Cape Breton and visitors alike to the first garden party to be held outside of Halifax in several years,” said Lt.-Gov. LeBlanc. “This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate a delightful part of Nova Scotia. Everyone is welcome.”

Those planning to attend the garden party should enter through the Craft Shop. The Gaelic College is located at 51779 Cabot Trail, Englishtown. Parking is available at the college.

In case of inclement weather, the garden party will be held indoors in the Great Hall of the Clans at the college.
