Beals v. Comfort Inn Dartmouth Board of Inquiry

Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission

An independent human rights board of inquiry into the matter of Yvette Beals v. Comfort Inn Dartmouth will begin Wednesday, May 8 in Halifax.

Ms. Beals alleged that she was terminated from her employment with Comfort Inn based on her disability.

The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission office, suite 305. Park Lane Terrace, 5657 Spring Garden Rd.

Board chair Donald Murray will oversee the hearing and is independent of the commission.
