Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission

An independent human rights board of inquiry into the matter of Kathleen Symington v. Halifax Regional Municipality Fire and Emergency Services will begin Tuesday, May 21, in Halifax.

She also alleges retaliation from the respondent for pursuing a previous human rights complaint against them.

The hearing will take place at Holiday Inn Express and Suites Halifax-Bedford, 980 Parkland Dr., at 9:30 a.m.
