Dion Thomas-Hodges v. Nova Scotia Health Authority
Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission
An independent human rights board of inquiry into the matter of Dion Thomas-Hodges v. Nova Scotia Health Authority will begin Tuesday, June 4 in Halifax.
Mr. Thomas-Hodges alleges discriminatory treatment by his employer, the Nova Scotia Health Authority due to his race and/or colour.
The hearing will take place at 9:30 a.m. at the Best Western Chocolate Lake, 250 St. Margaret’s Bay Rd.
The board chair is J. Walter Thompson.
