ANNAPOLIS COUNTY: Brickton Bridge, Brickton
Brickton Bridge, on Mount Hanley Road, Brickton is closed for repairs until Friday, Dec,18.
Detour is in place.
HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Long Cove Bridge
Long Cove Bridge on West Pennant Road, West Pennant, will be closed between Sept. 21 and 25 daily between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. to allow for repairs. Detours will be in place.
INVERNESS COUNTY: Highway 105/Route 252, Whycocomagh
The intersection of Highway 105 and Route 252, Whycocomagh, will be reduced to one lane for repairs from Tuesday, Sept. 22 until Monday, Nov. 30.
Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
SHELBURNE COUNTY: Highway 103
Highway 103, near Sable River Station to Exit 23, is reduced to one lane traffic, from sunrise to sunset. Lane closures will alternate until Oct. 30. Expect delays.
CONTINUING WORK
ANTIGONISH COUNTY: East Havre Boucher Underpass, Highway 104
East Havre Boucher underpass, Highway 104, has alternating lane closures until Wednesday, Sept. 30 for bridge repairs.
Traffic signals are in place.
ANTIGONISH COUNTY: Trunk 4
Trunk 4, Antigonish County, from South River Road to Beech Hill Road, is closed until further notice. The closure will be in effect until permanent upgrades are made to the Beech Hill/Trunk 4 intersection.
A detour is available via South River Road and Beech Hill Road.
COLCHESTER COUNTY: Highway 102 Southbound
Highway 102 southbound is reduced to one lane of traffic between Highway 104 to Exit 13 from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. until Wednesday, Sept. 30.
COLCHESTER COUNTY: Trunk 4, Lower Debert River Bridge
Trunk 4, at Lower Debert River Bridge, is closed for bridge replacement until Saturday, Oct. 31.
A detour is available via Highway 104 between Exits 11 and 12.
GUYSBOROUGH COUNTY: North River Brook Bridge, Larrys River
North River Brook Bridge on Cole Harbour Road in Larrys River is closed to all traffic until further notice.
Detour is in place.
HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Bedford Bypass
A repaving and guardrail project is taking place on the Bedford Bypass westbound lanes, from the exit to Dartmouth Road to the overpass near the intersection of Highway 101.
Repairs will also be carried out to the structures over Memory Lane, Rocky Lake Drive and Highway 102 from 7 p.m. to 3 p.m. Motorists should expect delays.
A detour will be in place for traffic bound for Highway 101. Traffic will be rerouted to Cobequid Road, Glendale Avenue, Highway 102 and Highway 101.
The work is expected to be completed by Wednesday, Sept. 30.
HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Dillmans Bridge, Meaghers Grant
Dillmans Bridge, on Wyse Road in Meaghers Grant, will be closed until further notice. A detour is available via Old Guysborough Road. Signs are in place.
HANTS COUNTY: Highway 102, Lantz
A temporary detour is in place on Highway 102 north of Exit 8, Elmsdale, for the replacement of the Nine Mile River bridges, northbound and southbound. This work is part of ongoing construction for the new Lantz Interchange and Connector Road.
The detour has a reduced speed limit of 80 kilometres an hour and is expected to be in place until mid-summer 2021.
The Lantz Interchange and Connector Road is expected to be complete and open to traffic by fall 2021.
HANTS COUNTY: Hydes Bridge
Hydes Bridge in Lantz, on Highway 277, will be closed until further notice.
A detour is in place via Dutch Settlement Road, Elmsdale Road and Trunk 2. Signs are in place.
HANTS COUNTY: South Maitland Bridge
South Maitland Bridge on Route 236 is reduced to one lane for bridge repairs until Tuesday, Nov. 17.
Signal lights will be in place.
KINGS COUNTY: Bear Brook Bridge, Berwick
Bear Brook Bridge, on Russia Road in Berwick, is closed for repairs until further notice. A detour is in place.
KINGS COUNTY: Highway 101, Morden Road Overpass
The Morden Road overpass on Highway 101, near Aylesford, is reduced to one lane for repaving until Thursday, Oct. 15.
Work takes place from sunrise to sunset.
KINGS COUNTY: Jehill Bridge, Jehill Davidson Road, Newtonville
Jehill Bridge, on Jehill Davidson Road, Newtonville is closed for repairs until Friday, Oct. 16.
Detour is in place.
RICHMOND COUNTY: Black River Road
Black River Road, from Trunk 4, northerly for about five kilometres, will have alternating lane closures for repaving until Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Work takes place from sunrise to sunset. Traffic control people are on site.
RICHMOND COUNTY: Port Royal Bridge
Port Royal Bridge, Port Royal Road on Isle Madame, is closed until further notice. A detour is in place on MacEachern Road.
VICTORIA COUNTY: Gillis Point Road
Gillis Point Road, from one kilometre south of Washabuck Road, for almost three kilometres, will have alternating lane closures for repaving until Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Work takes place from sunrise to sunset. Traffic control people are on site.
