An independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter of Jennifer Doucet vs. Jacqueline Farrow Law Office Inc., also known as Farrow Law, will begin Monday, December 12, in Halifax.
Jennifer Doucet alleges discrimination based on sex (pregnancy/gender) and disability when Farrow Law terminated her employment.
Board chair for the hearing is Donald Murray, who is independent of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission.
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission’s hearing room, Suite 304, Park Lane Terrace, 5657 Spring Garden Rd., Halifax.
