Crop and Livestock Management Trials Program

The Crop and Livestock Management Trials Program supports alternative animal or crop performance management strategies. Through the assessment, implementation, or adoption of these strategies, all proposed projects should improve farm and industry competitiveness, productivity and profitability.


An agricultural industry association that:

  • represents identifiable agriculture and agri-food products
  • demonstrates a not-for-profit status

Deadline or important dates

Program Opening: 15 April 2021
Proposal Due: 31 May 2021
Claim Deadline: 1 March 2022

How to Apply

Complete and submit the application and detailed Proposal to the Programs & Business Risk Management office. Criteria for the Proposal can be found in the Program Guidelines.

Clients new to programs since 2018 must complete the Program Funding Registration (PFR) Form. Returning clients are to update their PFR Form as necessary.
