Employee and Family Assistance Program Feedback

The Public Service Commission recognizes that during the course of your interaction with the EFAP provider you may have concerns, questions or comments you’d like to bring forward. At any point in your counselling experience you are encouraged to bring forward issues, ask questions or provide feedback directly to Shepell by calling them at 1-800-777-5888. All information provided to them will be kept in strict confidence.

If, however, you would like the Public Service Commission to investigate or ask the question on your behalf please complete the attached form and mail or email it to us using the contact information on the form. The form provides us with your permission to discuss your question or concern with a representative of Shepell. Please note: The authorization only allows us to discuss the situation as it relates particularly to your question or your concern. It does not allow us to discuss any of the content of your counselling sessions.
