Your Program in Detail

Now it’s time for the details! What behaviours do you want to reinforce that will help your department meet its objectives? What will the formal and informal recognition activities look like that reinforce those behaviours? For example - who can nominate an employee for a formal award; when, and how? How do you want to recognize employees informally? This is also the time to use your critical eyes to look for any program pitfalls and strengthen those areas.

The Tool Kit will help you develop your plan by:
