Your Employee Recognition Program started out with goals. In this step, you’ll evaluate how it is doing at reaching them. What do employees think of the program? Is your program “on message” and having the desired effect? What has worked best so far? What needs tweaking? You put a lot of hard work into developing this program - now is the time to prove the value of your program by measuring how it is working, and finding ways to make it even more effective.
