How it works

Find business or non-profit information

You can find business or non-profit information on file with Registry of Joint Stock Companies through RJSC Connect. Information includes official names, addresses, registration dates, names and addresses of recognized agents, and names and addresses of partners, directors and officers.

Manage your transactions and filings

Businesses and non-profits can use RJSC Connect to complete registry transactions, including registering, renewing and dissolving partnerships, companies, co-operatives and societies.

You can submit and track your filings online with Registry of Joint Stock Companies. RJSC Connect lets you see the status of your filings. You can also get notifications by email. To manage your filings, you need to sign in or create an account if you don’t already have one. Once you sign in, you have access to your RJSC Connect account, transactions and filings.

Getting started

There are 3 easy ways to get started when using RJSC Connect. How you start depends on whether you need to reserve a name, register a business or non-profit, or update information about your business or non-profit.

To register a business or non-profit, click Form new Entity to get started. RJSC Connect shows you the Register Entity options you can choose from (choose the entity type you want to register).

To renew, file or update information about a business or non-profit, enter the business or non-profit name and click the name to get started. RJSC Connect shows you the Update an Entity options you can choose from.

To reserve a name for a business or non-profit, click Reserve Name to get started. RJSC Connect takes you to the Reserve a Name form (click Name Details to start the reservation process).
