| |
| Who Needs This Registration? | |
There is no longer a requirement for hunters to register their bear bait site or to hunt only at a bait site. For more information consult the Nova Scotia Hunting and Furharvesting Summary of Regulations (which is available both in printed form and on the Department of Natural Resources website.) Anyone who wishes to hunt bear during that part of the bear hunting season prior to the General Open Season for Hunting Deer will no longer be required to register a bait site with Natural Resources. More information on the changes will be posted here and on the Department of Natural Resources website during the first week of August 2010. |
