Applicants for duplicate drivers licence fall into two general categories.
These are:
1. Misplaced photo licence and request replacement photo licence:
- Form 1 (not available on-line) completed
- 2 pieces of identification with signatures may be required
- The fee is $25.10
2. Misplaced photo licence, request a replacement and request another photo be taken:
- Form 1 (not available on-line) completed
- 2 pieces of identification with signatures may be required
- The fee is $25.10
