Letters of Guardianship for the late David Easson's Three Minor Children

Granted to Easson's widow, Zeruiah Easson, for Elizabeth, aged six years nine months; Mary Fisher, aged three years ten months; and for John, aged two years two months. "Improvements made by David, Thomas and Alexander Easson"

Work done on John Easson's lands by his three sons, including David, now deceased, from 1799 to 1813. Briefly lists annual improvements such as building fences, a mill dam, a grist mill and saw mill, plus improvements to pastures, barns, sleigh house, etc. all totalling £577-13-6.
