Who Needs This Registration? |
|
Anyone who wants to give notice of a trust or interest in
a mineral right in Nova Scotia must file a caveat (that is, a notice) with
the Registry of Mineral and Petroleum Titles of the N.S. Department of Natural
Resources. |

Mineral rights may only be held by one party. A mineral right holder may
