Martin Brook Nature Reserve Ecological Site Designation
made under Section 14 of the
Special Places Protection Act
R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 438
O.I.C. 2008-538 (October 15, 2008, effective October 24, 2008), N.S. Reg. 412/2008
I, Mark Parent, Minister of Environment for the Province of Nova Scotia, pursuant to Section 14 of Chapter 438 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Special Places Protection Act, hereby designate the area of land described in Schedule A and shown on the map in Schedule B, attached to and forming part of this order, as an ecological site, to be known as Martin Brook Nature Reserve.
This designation is effective on and after the date it is published in the Royal Gazette.

All that certain tract of land shown outlined in bold line as identified on Compiled Plan Showing Block 10 Crown Land, filed in the Department of Natural Resources Office at Halifax, under Field Plot P-035/08, said tract of land located at Longview Lake, Shelburne County, Province of Nova Scotia.
Containing a total area of 59.5 hectares, more or less.
