made under clause 8A(1)(c) and Section 90 of the

Citation
1 These regulations may be cited as the Contaminated Sites Protocols Adoption Regulations.
Adopted protocols
2 The following protocols developed by the Department of Environment, as amended, are adopted by the Minister of Environment under clause 8A(1)(c) of the Environment Act as standards for the remediation of contaminated sites:

Public availability
3 The protocols adopted by these regulations must be available to the public, clearly identifying amendments and effective dates, as follows:
(a) on the Department of Environment’s website (currently found at https://novascotia.ca/nse/contaminatedsites/protocols.asp); and
(b) at the offices of the Department of Environment (currently at 1903 Barrington Street, Suite 2085, Halifax, Nova Scotia).
