The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 1, 2025, and pursuant to Section 7 of Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2023, the Regulated Health Professions Act, and pursuant to Section 3 of the Paramedicine Regulations, N.S. Reg. 107/2024 made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2024-181 dated May 30, 2024, is pleased to:

           (a)   appoint Donna Denney of Halifax Regional Municipality as a public representative of the Board of the Nova Scotia Regulator of Paramedicine for a term of three years commencing June 6, 2025; and

           (b)   appoint Arvind Babajee and Eni Oguntona both of Halifax Regional Municipality as public representatives of the Board of the Nova Scotia Regulator of Paramedicine, both for a term of three years commencing June 6, 2025.
