The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 24, 2026, pursuant to Section 7 of Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2023, the Regulated Health Professions Act, Section 3 of the Paramedicine Regulations, N.S. Reg. 107/2024 made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2024-181 dated May 30, 2024 and Section 18 of Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Interpretation Act, hereby revokes the appointment of Eni Oguntona of Halifax Regional Municipality as a public representative of the Board of the Nova Scotia Regulator of Paramedicine made by Order in Council 2025-175 dated June 6, 2025, effective on and after May 7, 2026.
