The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated the 2nd day of November, A.D., 1993, and pursuant to subsections (1) and (2) of Section 21 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Salaries Tribunal for provincially appointed Judges, effective the 1st day of November, A.D., 1993: Eric Durnford, Q.C., of Halifax, in the County of Halifax; John A. Morash, C.A., of Halifax, in the County of Halifax; and Laszlo Lichter of Halifax, in the County of Halifax.
