The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated the 10th day of February, A.D., 1994, and pursuant to Section 21 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased, effective the 10th day of February, A.D., 1994, to: (a) revoke the appointment of John A. Morash, C.A., of Halifax, in the County of Halifax, as a member of the Salaries Tribunal for provincially appointed judges, which appointment was made by Order in Council 93-884, dated the 9th day of November, A.D., 1993; and (b) appoint Suzan MacLean of Halifax, in the County of Halifax, as a member of the Salaries Tribunal for provincially appointed judges.
