The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 26, 1995, pursuant to Section 5A of Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the appointment of retired judges of the Family Court as part-time judges of the Family Court in the form set forth in Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
