The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated November 22, 1995, pursuant to subsections 5A(1), (4) and (5) of Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act, is pleased to amend the Regulations Respecting Part- Time Judges of the Family Court made by Order in Council 95-447 dated June 13, 1995, in the form set forth in Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
