The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated December 9, 1997, pursuant to subsections 21(1) and (2) of Chapter 238 of the Revised Stautes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Salaries Tribunal for provincially appointed Judges for the period April 1, 1997, to March 31, 1998: Honourable William Grant of Truro, Colchester County; William Charles, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Thomas O. Boyne, Q.C., of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality.
