The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 19, 1998, pursuant to subsections 21(1) and (2) of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to: (a) amend Order in Council 97-774 dated December 11, 1997, by striking out the following words and punctuation in the fourth and fifth lines thereof: "for provincially appointed judges for the period April 1, 1998, to March 31, 1998" and substituting therefor the following words and punctuation: "to determine the salaries for provincially appointed judges for the period April 1, 1998, to March 31, 1999"; and (b) designate William Charles, Q.C., as Chair of the Salaries Tribunal.
