Letters of Guardianship for the late David Easson's Three Minor Children

Granted to Easson's widow, Zeruiah Easson, for Elizabeth, aged six years nine months; Mary Fisher, aged three years ten months; and for John, aged two years two months. The children to be educated in the Protestant religion until each reaches the age of twenty-one years. Signed by Governor Sir John Coape Sherbrooke.

Work done on John Easson's lands by his three sons, including David, now deceased, from 1799 to 1813. Briefly lists annual improvements such as building fences, a mill dam, a grist mill and saw mill, plus improvements to pastures, barns, sleigh house, etc. all totalling £577-13-6.

Summons to Elizabeth Easson and others

The suit of Frederick Hardwick and wife Sarah, and Robert Ritchie and wife Avis, against Elizabeth Easson and others, heirs of John Easson.
