Work done on John Easson's lands by his three sons, including David, now deceased, from 1799 to 1813. Briefly lists annual improvements such as building fences, a mill dam, a grist mill and saw mill, plus improvements to pastures, barns, sleigh house, etc. all totalling £577-13-6.
