NOTE TO EDITORS--EDUCATION--NEW EDUCATION BILL INTRODUCED ------------------------------------------------------------ Education and Culture Minister John MacEachern will introduce the province's new Education Bill into the House of Assembly at approximately 9 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 3, 1995.
