  NOTE TO EDITORS--EDUCATION--REPEAT EDUCATION BILL INTRODUCED

  Education and Culture Minister John MacEachern will
  introduce the province's new Education Bill into the House
  of Assembly at approximately 9 a.m. today, Friday, Nov. 3,
  1995. Following introduction of the bill, the minister,
  along with Deputy Minister Bob Moody and Allister Surette,
  special advisor for Acadian and Francophone governance, will
  conduct a bill briefing today at 9:30 a.m. in the foyer of
