  NOVA SCOTIA MUSEUM--NEW OCEAN MAPPING

  What secrets lie hidden in the cold and dark of Davy Jones'
  locker?
  
  New ocean mapping technology has recently produced images of
  the seabed off Halifax and elsewhere along the Scotian Shelf
  that lifts part of this veil of secrecy and takes the breath
  "fair away" from researchers and scientists.
  
  Marine geologist Gordon Fader of the Geological Survey of
  Canada will reveal some of these exciting new finds at the
  Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 7:30
  p.m.
  
  Although there is no charge for admission, donations to the
  Food Bank are requested.
