  NOTE TO EDITORS/NATURAL RESOURCES--"REVIEW OF ACTIVITIES"

  Natural Resources Minister Don Downe will speak at the DNR
  Minerals and Energy branch annual "Review of Activities"
  Wednesday, Nov. 8, at the World Trade & Convention Centre.
  
  Mr. Downe will deliver the luncheon address at 12:30 p.m. in
  Port Royal Room "E" at the WTCC. A table has been reserved
