NOVA SCOTIA MUSEUM--BOOK LAUNCHES AT METRO MUSEUMS ------------------------------------------------------------ The Nova Scotia Museum and Nimbus Publishing will launch two new books Nov. 26. Where Moose and Trout Abound: A sporting Journal by Mike Parker, a companion to his best-selling book Guides of the North Woods, will be launched at the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, Lower Water Street, Halifax, at 1:30 p.m. Mr. Parker will be on hand to talk to the public about this new work and sign copies of the book until 2:30 p.m. Old Nova Scotian Quilts, also available in French entitled Courtspointes anciennes de la Nouvelle Ecosse, by Scott Robson and Sharon MacDonald, will be launched at the Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History, Summer Street, Halifax, at 1:30 p.m. The book launches will coincide with the grand opening of The Museum Shop in both museums Nov. 26.
