SECURITIES COMMISSION--CASTLE CAPITAL INC.

  The Nova Scotia Securities Commission today issued a
  temporary cease trading order for all classes of securities
  of Castle Capital Inc. for a period of 15 days from the date
  of the order for failing to file its audited annual
  financial statements for the year ended June 30, 1995 as
  required by the Nova Scotia Securities Act. A notice of
  hearing and review has also been issued setting a hearing
  for Dec. 4, at which time Castle will be given the
  opportunity to make representations concerning the future of
  the cease trade order.
