NOTE TO EDITORS/PREMIER--ATLANTIC PREMIERS-MEETINGS ------------------------------------------------------------ Premier John Savage is travelling to Ottawa today for meetings with federal Human Resources Development Minister Lloyd Axworthy, and federal Fisheries Minister Brian Tobin. Premier Savage will be joined by Premiers Catherine Callbeck, Clyde Wells and Frank McKenna. The delegation of Atlantic Premiers will be discussing their concerns regarding proposed changes to unemployment insurance, as well as the proposed increases in federal fisheries licence fees.
