SECURITIES COMMISSION--CASTLE CAPITAL INC. ------------------------------------------------------------ After a hearing today, the Nova Scotia Securities Commission signed a consent order to cease trading all classes of securities of Castle Capital Inc. Until further ordered by the commission.
