NOTE TO EDITORS/EDUCATION&CULTURE--THREE-DAY NEWS CONFERENCE ------------------------------------------------------------ The Nova Scotia Department of Education and Culture will begin a three-day conference with a keynote address by Dr. Michael Fullan, on Thursday, Feb. 1, 1996 at 7:00 p.m., at the Dartmouth Holiday Inn, 99 Wyse Road. Dr. Fullan, a leading thinker in the areas of education reform, school advisory councils and change management, will discuss Managing and Facilitating Complex Change.
