NOTE TO EDITORS/EDUCATION--REPEAT-EDUCATION CONFERENCE

  The Nova Scotia Department of Education and Culture will
  hold a three-day conference with a keynote address by Dr.
  Michael Fullan starting today, Thursday, Feb. 1, 7 p.m., at
  the Dartmouth Holiday Inn, 99 Wyse Road. Dr. Fullan, an
  innovator in the areas of education reform, school advisory
  councils and change management, will discuss Managing and
  Facilitating Complex Change. The sold-out conference will
  bring together over 300 teachers, administrators, parents
  and students from across the province.
