NOTE TO EDITORS/FINANCE--REPEAT-FINANCIAL WHITE PAPER

  Finance Minister Bernie Boudreau will present the
  government's financial white paper at the Metropolitan
  Chamber of Commerce lunch tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 7,
  beginning at 12 noon, at the Baronet Room, Chateau Halifax.
  
  Immediately following the presentation (at approximately 2
  p.m.), the minister will meet with the news media in the
  Mayflower Room, Chateau Halifax, to answer questions about
  the paper.
