NOTE TO EDITORS/JUSTICE--MAINTENANCE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE

  Members of the media are invited to attend the official
  opening ceremony of the Maintenance Enforcement Office on
  Feb. 13 at 3:30 p.m. The office is located at 46 Portland
  Street, 6th floor, East Tower, Dartmouth. Premier John
  Savage and Justice Minister Bill Gillis will be on hand to
  cut the ribbon. The maintenance enforcement program has been
  operational since Jan. 1, 1996.
