LABOUR RELATIONS BOARD--INTERIM CEASE AND DESIST ORDER ------------------------------------------------------------ The Labour Relations Board has taken action to end an illegal work stoppage which commenced on Feb. 13, 1996, involving a number of employees of Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney. The complaint was filed with the board on Feb. 13, 1996, requesting the board to issue a cease and desist order against certain members of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 756.
