NOTE TO EDITORS/COMMUNITY SERVICES--CLARIFICATION ----------------------------------------------------------------- Recent legal documents filed by the Province of Nova Scotia with respect to court cases involving Deborah Stevens and her children, do not constitute a counter-suit. Rather they are termed "third party notice", naming Ms. Stevens as the third party.
