NOTE TO EDITORS--OFFICIAL OPENING-COMPOSTING FACILITY ----------------------------------------------------------------- Environment Minister Wayne Adams will be officially opening the Stinnes Enerco In-Vessel Composting Facility, in Colchester County, this afternoon at 2 p.m. The pilot plant, the first of its design in the world, is located at the Colchester Balefill Facility, Kemptown, Highway 104, Exit 18.
