EDUCATION/CULTURE--"NEEDLED CRAFTS" ----------------------------------------------------------------- The Nova Scotia Centre for Craft and Design, 1683 Barrington Street, Halifax, is hosting a craft display entitled "Needled Crafts" from Jan. 15 to Feb. 19.
