ECONOMIC RENEWAL--WINTER TOURISM OPPORTUNITIES

Public meetings are being held next week in Halifax and St.
Ann's, Victoria County, to discuss the results of a study on
winter tourism opportunities.
The Nova Scotia November to May Tourism Opportunities Study was
conducted by the Economic Planning Group. Eight hundred
interviews were conducted in Atlantic Canada, Ontario and New
England.
Members of the tourism industry and the public are welcome to
come and hear the results of the study and give comments.
Meetings will be held as follows:
