TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--HALIFAX LAW COURTS RENOVATIONS ----------------------------------------------------------------- The Department of Transportation and Public Works announced that Hub Realty Ltd., Dartmouth, has been awarded a contract for $91,821 to carry out renovations to the Halifax Law Courts. Work on the building, scheduled for completion by March 31, 1997, will take place on the second and fourth floors and will create five offices for supernumerary judges and support staff, a new media conference room, new interview rooms for prosecutors and renovations for relocation of the print shop. -30- Contact: Chris Welner 902-424-8687 trp Mar. 17, 1997 - 4:30 p.m.
