TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--SPRING WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS: REMINDER ----------------------------------------------------------------- Spring weight restrictions for the counties of Colchester, Cumberland, Pictou, Antigonish, Guysborough, Richmond, Inverness, Victoria, and Cape Breton will now go into effect 12:01 a.m., March 23, 1997. The restriction end date in these areas is May 4. Certain roads in the province will be exempt from the weight restrictions.
