VICTORIA GENERAL HOSPITAL--CANADIAN FIGURE SKATERS AT THE VG

The Victoria General Hospital will be hosting a reception
for their patients and some of Canada's top figure skaters on
Sunday, Jan. 15, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Weather Watch
cafeteria. The figure skaters are in town participating in the
Royal Bank Figure Skating Championships.
The skaters will be at the reception to meet and have their
pictures taken with patients from the Victoria General Hospital.
They will be signing autographs and handing out flowers that
appreciative fans have thrown on the ice after their performance.
The group of skaters include Marcus Christensen, Jean-Francois
Hebert, Jennifer Boyce, Michel Brunet, Janet Emerson, Steve
Kavanagh, Marie-France Dubreuil and Tomas Morbacher.
Media are welcome to attend the reception and meet the
patients and skaters. The Weather Watch cafeteria is on the 5th
floor of the Dickson Centre.
