NOTE TO EDITORS/EDUCATION--REPEAT NATIONAL PILOT PROGRAM

  Education and Culture Minister John MacEachern and the
  Minister of Human Resources Development Canada, Lloyd
  Axworthy, will announce plans to launch a national pilot
  program at the Sydney Mines Learning Centre today at 10:15
  a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 15, 1995. The centre is located at 1
  King Street, Sydney Mines.
