TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--TRAFFIC ADVISORY

Halifax County - Bedford By-Pass
The Bedford By-Pass will reduce to one lane in each direction,
from the Magazine Hill to the intersection of Highway 101,
beginning Monday July 2. However, both lanes will be open during
peak hours. Work will also get underway on Trunk #7 from the
Bedford by-pass to the Dartmouth city limits. Work is expected to
be complete by Oct. 31. Motorists are reminded to reduce their
speed and exercise caution while driving through construction
sites.
